The ground floor consists of a separate sitting and dining room and a new, fully-fitted kitchen.
Upstairs the accommodation consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with three 3’ beds. The bathroom is new and has a shower over the bath.
In addition, there is a small enclosed courtyard at the rear with table and chairs for outside use. There is also a second toilet.
